The first chapter of The Cobbler Village’s retail journey began at Al Khawaneej Walk, a project where Exotic Interiors Studio translated the brand’s artisanal spirit into a contemporary boutique environment. This store set the tone for the brand’s identity, establishing its signature language of refined materiality, warmth, and creative luxury. The space features deep, expressive wood finishes paired with textural suede and brushed metal accents, offering a balanced mix of softness and sophistication. Purpose-driven lighting highlights product displays and elevates the tactile essence of craftsmanship, a key experience for The Cobbler Village clientele. The layout was carved to ensure a seamless customer flow, clearly defined display zones, and an intimate shopping experience. Each detail from bespoke joinery and shelving to floor finishes and counters was designed to express quiet confidence while functioning effortlessly as a retail environment. This project became the foundation for The Cobbler Village’s design evolution, influencing the subsequent boutique at 06 Mall and reinforcing Exotic Interiors Studio’s role as a trusted design and build partner.
